"I was involved in a non-fault collision right at the start of the first pandemic lockdown - my insurance company were only offering a courtesy car in the event that my car was repairable, which was not the case. With dealerships closed and nowhere enough savings to afford prolonged car hire, I reached out to Crash Services. They were great. They provided me with a hire car, which was an absolute Godsend. They also handled all aspects of the claim and offered legal services too, which I did decline as I was fortunate to avoid injury. As far I know, my own insurance company were barely involved as, once third-party fault had been proven / confirmed, Crash were able to deal exclusively with their insurance company and save me the stress, hassle and worry of doing so. It was still a incredibly stressful and worrying time, but Crash were an invaluable source of help and support."
