"I came into Poundland and I’m a pregnant disabled lady , today and was disrespected by 2 members of staff at the check out one the women at the till lied to me about having plastic bags urging me to by a £1 bag and when I further asked the male for the manager he then lied and said the manager isn’t on site. This couldn’t have been because the manager came out two seconds later. I started to stress after being given a plastic bag that I continued to ask for and packed my stuff without paying the Asian lady then proceed to shout I’m stealing when that was not the case I just forgot during the mist of getting a bag I spoke to the manager about this situation who seemed to have no clue what she was doing or how she could solve this situation the male at the till swore at me and the Asian lady continued to shout I’m stealing in front of the manager interrupting me many times the security guard got involved for no reason what so ever and came over in very intimidating manor , I did pay. I was being accused of stealing I had not left the shop. I will be taking this further I’m disgusted"

"Not as good as it used to be, a lot of stuff not there and replaced with things that aren't wanted. The food part is reduced and prices are up, most of the time can be found cheaper elsewhere. Clothes sales have been expanded. Something isn't right with it now, can't quite put my finger on it, oh well each to his own."
