"Big store with underwear samples! I spoke to a sales assistant about underwear sizing and discovered samples. You try them over your own underwear in the changing rooms, eliminating guesswork if they'll fit or not as they're can't be returned once opened. Other shops need them! Docked one star as jeans don't fit me and I had to visit store in person as returns policy isn't great."

Everything here is reasonably priced and the quality is exceptional, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go clothing shopping for basics / minimals, or people who don’t really like the big brand stores like Louis Vuitton or similar!"

"Good luck trying to get a refund from this store if you ever need one. After I paid, the self-service machine failed to produce a receipt. I was then told I had to pay again or I couldn't leave the store with the items. Not surprisingly, my credit card was charged twice. And despite subsequent claims from the store manager and Uniqlo "customer care" reps that it was refunding the duplicate charge, after 10 days it still hadn't. Beware."
