"Very helpful and happy staff"
"I visited Boots the Chemist on the Hight Street Long Eaton today to use the scales. I was appalled at the area where the weighing scales are. To say they haven't been cleaned is an understatement. The whole area was filthy. Needless to say I couldn't use the scales because they were faulty. The assistant who I asked to help me (who was very unhelpful) said 'no-one else has complained. The only good thing is I won't be coming in ever again to trouble you. A word of advice, have a word with your cleaning team."

"I have only had one episode with one of the medical staff. He assumed he new more than he did. Until I reported him. He now works downstairs on the medical counter I think it's so he can learn how to handle different customers. As we are not all as jolly as he was nor are we well. Otherwise John is brilliant and he deals with my flat packs. Plus the rest. I just have to be careful not to cut myself. Or fall."
