"My main gripe is they never have eggs, but generally they have issues with their stock. Their fresh produce is probably the lowest quality out of any other supermarket, yet it’s probably the most expensive. Staff seem to be overworked and a little grumpy when approached. Doesn’t fit the needs of this community."
"The males that work in this store are awfully rude and extremely grumpy! The female shop assistants are lovely. There needs to be some customer service training for them."
"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL STORE!!! I have placed a few orders from this store via Deliveroo and have experienced the following; always receiving food which expires on the same day I ordered it, I ordered a crusty baguette which I paid £1.15 for and they send me the crusty baguette from their reduced section which had the 25p sticker on, and a punnet of strawberries which had a dead fly in it -lovely! Highly recommend going to another Co-Op store, or just another supermarket entirely!"
"Not a good supermarket. They’ve had stock issues since the summer and run out of things very quickly. It’s also more expensive than other supermarkets. Some of the staff are nice though."
"Very busy community shop. A lot of the times I visit is for small shops. However a lot of the time the shelves are empty, maybe too much high demand in the area. So I visit the nearest Tesco where the prices are a lot better. The q-ing system is ridic, also the self checkouts are always going wrong. They don’t scan the coop cards and you nearly always have to type the number in. The weighing part messes up. And when they go wrong no one comes to help you as they are too busy on the manual tills."
