"Awful and incredibly rude manager/supervisor. This is my local co-op, and I often avoid it at all costs. I was there today, the 14th of May, after 6 pm. A pack of crisps was wrongly priced, and when I enquired about this, the extremely rude manager/supervisor verbally insulted me. The manager/supervisor who was there today needs to be reminded that it's unacceptable to insult customers for merely asking a question. I was very polite and asked why the price differed from what was on the shelf, and he thought insulting and shouting at me was an acceptable way to respond to my enquiry. This speaks volumes of the company culture, as I am not the only one to have had such an awful experience. Next time I am insulted by one of your staff, I will call the police!"
