Reviews
"Co-op delivery services is the poorest one ever. From 10 items ordered are missing at least 5 every single time but when I go in the shop is everything on shelves. They don't try even to substitute the items cause they're too lazy and bored to do that. I wish I can give -100 stars. Lazy people over and over"
"I really don’t understand how the management in this place are still employed. Out of date food, ridiculously rude staff and the worst queues I have ever seen. Thank goodness there is a Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer near by."
"Terrible second experience here. First time I used them, they were great, today, I used them for the second time and I won't be using then again. I ordered through Co op delivery direct and none of the delivery sites such as delivery etc. I booked a slot, I paid for the goods and the goods have not turned up. I cannot get through to the store to ask where my delivery is as the phone is constantly engaged. I have contacted customer service and now I have to wait between 7 and 10 days for a refund. Absolute joke. If I could give zero stars, I would do."
"As with many other customers' reviews here, several times I've found food items out of date. I once pointed this out to staff (some beers), expecting they'd check and clear the shelves, but when I returned next time, the exact same old beers were still there..! Is this even legal? I think it's time this branch was reported to Co-op HQ"
"This store is local to us, very convenient as it is open till late and stocks most essentials plus some really good quality foods. There are always price offers which I like to take advantage of and Co-op source their fish and other products to support sustainability. I am sure they will strive to make further changes to help tackle climate change. Well done staff, keep up the good works!"
