"The car arrived 25 minutes early when it was booked for a specific time. He had to wait and didn’t even let me get my seatbelt on before driving away. A journey that usually takes 20 minutes took 10. I was not happy this is my first journey on account and so far not impressed I have to say."
"Probably the most prompt, polite and cleanest taxi service EVER! Extremely reasonable rates, actually cut that - best rate that I've ever been charged. I can't fault their service from beginning to end. From the telephone call through to the taxi ride. The driver took us to the hotel and assisted us to the hotel door. My daughter has extremely high spectrum autism and he made her feel totally at ease. That's a rarity in the autistic world. And the taxi driver was cheerful, had impeccable manners and was smartly dressed. Brilliant service."
"Taxis were on time, drivers courteous and helpful. On line booking was time consuming and difficult. Although I was assured this was a competative price I now know it was exorbitant. Contacting Taxicode was difficult and I was unable to cancel the booking as no refund was available. My booking was passed to two different companies and it was difficult to keep track of who was actually going to do the pickups. The terms and conditions changed when the booking was paid for in that before payment was accepted it was stated there would be no surcharge if the flight was delayed. After payment I was advised there would be a charge of £5 per 30 minutes if the plane was delayed. This is why I requested to cancel the booking but was told there would be no refund at all if I did so. I also found that when I inputted the flight times for pickup, as requested, it caused problems as we had to be at the airport 2 hours before the flight time. While the booking was fulfilled and the taxis were on time I remain unsatisfied with the overall online booking process and attitude of the Taxicode staff."

"The booking service was great, and I really appreciated the text updates. My driver, however, was awful. 10min late, not apologetic, lecturing me on leaving not enough time between booking the taxi and my train (I live in the centre, some 15mim walk away from the station and had left 25 min between taxi booking and train departure), and playing loud music. When I called him, he didn’t pick up for ages, sounded completely unconcerned about not being where I was, and then got offended when I was angry at him not knowing where I was or making an effort to find out. Please make sure your drivers are customer service trained."
