In my experience all of the staff have been very helpful and work to a very high standard, but the is one particular staff member who deserves special mention, Sharon. She has arranged all of our holidays and has provided excellent service, going the second or even the third mile to make certain everything works very smoothly for us. On several occasions we had a special request and Sharon always dealt with these perfectly and with a ready smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I have watched her working with other customers and her service for them has always been to the same high standard.
