"I visited Woodlands falconry centre today and was very sad to see one of the birds of prey on a very short tether looking frustrated and bored. Is it fair that these beautiful creatures are stuck in captivity to please us? They should be free to hunt and fly as they wish. The bird of prey looked like an Eagle and was about 3rd on the left as you come into the area of cages. He looked so alful trying to get free. My nephew came out saying he felt so sad for the bird."

"Brilliant display of the birds up close with them flying over your head and even a chance of one landing next to you on the bench. A hawk even landed on one lucky mans hat. The talk by the staff was very informative with facts about the species and background information on the birds in the display."
