I understand that there are likely to be a lot of similar requests and that I was not going to be the first person to ask the question this morning, but if a member of staff is going to answer the phone, the least they can do is be nice. To hear a tut and a sigh after I asked my question was not just less than professional, it was insulting. I was expecting a simple answer to a simple question. If you cannot treat customers nicely, please pass the phone to a staff member that can. There would have been no stars for this review if I had the option..."
