"I cannot fault them. I don't use them for much more than my annual flu jab, since I have my own pharmacy linked to my GP. Last year, I booked and casually mentioned my elderly parents and their mobility making it hard for me to get them to the local GP, and the pharmacist said she would come out and do it at home. I said I didn't realise they did home visits, and they don't. She just did it as a favour. And she did. Extremely impressed."
