"We have ALWAYS booked our flights with Nottingham travel. They charge reasonable prices and take care of everything for you. As you know flights are currently very expensive over a thousand pounds but Nottingham travel have given us a very cheap and affordable price. "One of the staff cancelled the ticket and and didn’t notify the customer, Luckily had the airliners app to check if the ticket and flight was on time. Another family had a problem where a child’s ticket was issued incorrectly there was no ticket number allocated. Thanks to the Airport staff who helped them out but did say the agent didn’t issue the ticket correctly.Somebody staff in nottingham travel need to be replaced or retrained as the customers suffer when they arrive at airports. Lastly they all ways require cash and say card machine is not working, the reason behind this is when you pay via debit or credit card you are insured and get your money back quicker then if you pay cash. Never pay cash you will be waiting for then 6 months to claim your money back."
"Given the announcement made by the UK Government of Pakistan entering the red list, I called Nottingham Travel to arrange a flight back to the UK. As I had travelled for a bereavement, in what was already a distressing time, these guys made my journey back a simple stress free experience. Unlike many other travel agents, a fair travel price was quoted and tickets were arranged swiftly.
