"Huge variety of classes to choose from for all ages and abilities, and a great selection of apparatus including silks, rope, trapeze, aerial hoop and more. The instructors are lovely, and every class I've been to has been really friendly and calm - which is great for beginners like me! :) You can also attend one of the open practice classes if you already know what you're doing. This is just an awesome little place to learn something new, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you're interested in trying a class, definitely give it a shot!"
