"After a follow up call from the store manager, I have altered this review somewhat. It was pleasing to hear that the mistake the original booking agent made was acknowledged; however, the rudeness the other agent in the Nottingham store showed is still completely unacceptable. The way she spoke to me was extremely unprofessional, especially given the fact I simply spotted an error that her colleague had made/a mistake that would have caused much disruption to our holiday had I not spotted it. The same agent also assured me she had booked a different hotel which offered a nights stay for free, but then flatly denied this to her duty manager."
