"Stowfords are absolutely brilliant! We purchased a chair over two years ago, but over the past few months we have been unhappy with our chair, to the extent everyone has avoided sitting in it... We contacted Stowfords for advice and they sent an engineer, who instantly agreed there was a problem with the chair. He returned to Stowfords to investigate and promptly contacted us to confirm he had ordered the necessary parts and would be along soon to carry out the repairs. "From purchasing the bed to having it delivered was a delightful experience. I'm not the most patient of people as I dislike shopping. However the service was first rate, within a short time of being attended to by Linda ( who was so friendly, nice and a thoroughly lovely person) I was actually interested!!!
