"I went a couple of weeks ago. When we went in the staff were having a heated discussion over how to stack the shelves, another was on his mobile phone and a third was looking after a child. We waited at the till to pay, we were ignored, then eventually asked if we wanted to pay. We were then overcharged for some items, when we questioned this, the staff did not seem to know the correct price and had no interest in walking the short distance to the shelf to check the price and took our word for it. There is no disabled parking and the trollies look like they were dragged up from the bottom of the Tamar River. I then posted this review on their facebook page. Their response to this was to delete the review and block me from their page! Seems a very poorly run business, I will stick to Rogers where the staff actually care and know the meaning of customer service."
