"If zero stars was possible for this company I would of put that. Where do I begin, pay for both my living room and bedrooms flooring to be fitted with vinyl. They come to complete the work and after doing the bedroom they start on the living room only to realise one role of vinyl isn't enough for both rooms. They then havr the cheek to ask if they can finish it like this leaving no flooring on several square metres in my lounge (asking me to just cover that section with my furniture). Of course I said no, to then be told they will return when they get more stock in of the same floor. Weeks later I'm doing all the chasing to find out when the company will be completing the job, only to be ignored. Eventually having to get another phone to call them they answer starlight away, fobbing me off with excuses and now telling me they can offer me another vinyl supposedly of better quality. Which now after having my time wasted I will be getting a refund as the whole experience with this company has been appalling and an absolute joke."
"DUS Group ordered our office sofas from here, the chap who took our order Sofyan was extremely helpful, polite and thorough. He listened to what we needed, came up with a range of suitable options and ensured the sofas were delivered around our working hours. Nothing was too much trouble and it cost significantly less than going to a large sofa outlet chain. Can't recommend these guys highly enough, if you're around Nottingham and need any of the products they provide you're in safe hands with them. Thanks again for the service, we'll be using you for our other offices and furniture for our Nottingham office"
