I needed to make a few alterations to the style of one particular sofa and Simon said it can be done and informed the manufacturer of the changes. Due to a family issue, we delayed the delivery by a week, but only had to wait 3 weeks for the normal delivery date. We are so pleased with the sofa and the changes that were made .
