"This is not about the product but the store. Love the items purchased, however try other stores for better price, unfortunately I didn’t and another store was over £1000 cheaper for the same items (checked as a friend said that it seemed steep for what I purchased). As a reputable company I would have thought every store offers the same price, apparently not. You also have no consumer rights when purchasing face to face, no cooling off period even within a week so I couldn’t cancel and purchase from another Natuzzi store. (I was told I had no consumer rights by the receptionist). All the manager and regional manager said is I had a good deal! I wouldn’t recommend some certain salesman, don’t tell him what you can afford because he can do you a ‘great deal’ but for a lesser item than we wanted. He also intimidates to write a review there and then, when you’ve signed up. Can’t comment on delivery or items received. All I can say is try another store for a better price, don’t tell them how much you think the sofas are worth, and no point speaking to the manager. Read terms and conditions as you have no consumer rights or cooling off period buying from Natuzzi. I’m locked into a contract of buy now pay next year (advised by Salesperson even though we didn’t need to). We’ve learnt an expensive lesson! I hope they have the decency to send my care package rather than me have to see them again."

"Great service at Wednesbury Natuzzi. A big and lovely ranges of sofa. Excellent quality products. The autumn promotions helped us on our purchases. We spent two hours in the store and Adrian was really helpful with our request. Even my three kids were entertained and felt comfortable and welcome in the store. We recommend to visit this store."

"We visited the shop several times thought we had identified the one we wanted at our first visit. As sofa is a big item to invest, we need more time to think it over. People there were very helpful, particularly Saoeq. He explained the features to us in great detail and never pressed us to order. Finally we were happy to place our order in our fifth visit."
