"Was served by Haris at the Wednesbury Branch. Received excellent customer service. Our sofas were delivered in 4 weeks and that was the time frame that was given at point of order. Defo recommend Fabb Furniture and they have life time manufacturer guarantee!!!"

"Ordered a chair and foot stool in May, still waiting. Customer services are very apologetic and call me every month to give me a new date. Problem is they call back following month and put the date back. Guy in store told us it could be up to 12 weeks but normally quicker, great salesman got us hook line and sinker. Asked for refund so i could go elsewhere as i am unconvinced we will ever get what we ordered, but they said no. Coincidentally ordered another piece of furniture from DFS, and it came earlier than expected. If you want your furniture to be delivered before you die i would suggest shopping elsewhere. Would also like to add that we paid in full at point of ordering, with interest rates the way they are they owe me at least £200 lol."

"WARNING! If you buy from this store be prepared to wait! Ordered in early april and finally got the sofa in september! Also was told insurance policy was optional, then when paying the balance they said i had to have the policy or pay more for the sofas, after arguing with different people over the phone eventually went back to the store and they agreed the price they sold it to me for in the first place. Its not been a good experience just glad we finally got the sofas! Also have been told others have been waiting even longer."

"Was promised my sofa would be delivered in the first week of September as the other sofas delivery times were in october so i wanted one at the earliest so signed the paperwork and paid my deposit and took off my annual leave for my sofa delivery as estimated time was first week of September but could get it delivered earlier.when i called to find out which day it would arrive they told me there has been a delay and now the arrival time would be first week of October. Very inconvenient for me and then they had the cheek to say to me that i should have read the small print when i signed the forms as it clearly states there could be delays up to 6 weeks! Not happy with the service at all as this should clearly have been pointed out at the time of sale as i would never have ordered if i knew."
