"I work in community care and needed 2 new front tyres quickly as it was very icy. I asked if they had time to change them on my break, they told me that was fine whenever suits me. I arrived 2 minutes later to be told by an older man who was very arrogant that I would have to wait 40 minutes as they had lunch, even though they told me to come down. He was basically shooing me away while speaking fearing his food would get cold. I was originally quoted £50 per budget tyre but price then changed to £63. I asked him if he did blue light discount, he didn't know what it was but then said he'd 'sort something out' when I explained its a discount for public sector/nhs. I came back later greeted by same man, charged me £63 per tyre, I asked if he would apply a discount and he very rudely said 'hmm no now I don't remember saying anything about a discount, DID I?' I told him he did say he would, so he reluctantly did, terrible attitude and service from this man. The other staff were nice but the older man was nasty. I asked him if they did other work on cars and he said yes, i told him my exhausted had disconnected, he said he would look at it, he didn't and I never saw him again. Took my wheel nut from my boot and then wedged it badly into my glove box half closed nearly breaking it. Awful customer service."
