"I have had a leak in my aircon system. After knowing about their high quality professional diagnostic system and some positive reviews I took my car to their garage. After two hours i was told that there is a leak in the compressor so it needs to be replaced and the quote I got was around gbp 290. I agreed to have it fixed then they phoned me after about 2 hours and said they changed the compressor but still the Aircon is not working as if there is an electric fault, so i had to pay another 330 pound to make it work. I had no choice but to pay that money and have it fixed as I already spent 290 on an aircon that would not work. But what I was wondering about is that with all their so called quality diagnostic systems they could not spot the electrical fault before replacing the compressor. If I knew i had to spend more that 600 on an aircon on an old car i would never have agreed to do it. The story does not end here, so I spent nearly 650 and have the Aircon fixed. My car was fully valeted a week before I took it to Dunlop. After finishing their work the inside of the car was a mess especially the driving seat it was covered with dust and grease. They did not even bother to put at least a newspaper over the seat before sitting on it, ' professionalism!' then after less than 10 miles of running, the car showed an engine warning light with 3 fault codes. I have no idea what they did to my car they some how messed up something. I took my car back to their garage and they said the air con work would have never caused this fault. Well my car has no issues except an Aircon leak untill i took it to their garage. So I 'believed' them."
