"Like most NHS dentists they are over subscribed so cannot give the care necessary to patients. Unfortunately I had to cancel an appointment June due to unforeseen circumstances & the only date they could fit me in was December! I've asked for a cancellation but now in November it looks highly unlikely. Been suffering for past 5 months!!"

"t has been brought to my attention today in regards to my mother being previously registered at your practice she made a call to reception to book an appointment and she was told she was no longer a patient due to lack of attendance and appointments my mother registered with yourself approx 3 years ago she came for a check up and a plan was put in place with appointments these were cancelled due to the coronavirus out break. My mother was also diagnosed with lung cancer so had to severely shield and wad told by doctors until recently that she is allowed to visit dental doctor practices which was why she made the call to yourselves today there are questions what need to be addressed here like why was a call or text to discuss the termination and absence of the client why was there not a text to advise to call the practice to make an appointment. I see reviews online of your company is very unfavourable and my mother isn't the only one in this circumstance at 73 years of age with the pandemic and cancer is disgusting to wipe her off the books where is the compassion."

"I’m not one for writing bad reviews but in this case I feel I have to I have been with Amber Valley dental practice for many years and Nadia has been fantastic it all went downhill from 2018 Nadia was on maternity leave and I can’t get an appointment as no cover Was put in place and then Covid hit at least two years in all this time my appointments had obviously been cancelled by the Dentist and I believe on one occasion I cancelled due to work commitments a few weeks ago I took my son for an appointment and tried to arrange an appointment for myself to which I was told I had been unregistered when I queried this I was told it’s because I have cancelled most of my appointments which is not true as it was maternity leave and Covid that cancelled most of my appointments I felt uncomfortable with the secretary staff who were non-apologetic and now I’m left without a Dentist as nowhere is taking referrals"

"Amber valley dental practice has always been good for me and always helped me out especially when I had problems during pregnancy, Nadia is my dentist and she is amazing . If she was to ever leave I don’t know what I’d do because i get worried about going and I trust her. She’s always really good with me."

"The best dental surgery for miles around! I cannot fault the staff in any way, Pavlos, Lauren and Amy are incredibly skilled and efficient at what they do. They're also very helpful and sympathetic when you're in pain! We as a family have been coming here for many years and would highly recommend this practice!"
