"I called the practice last night due to my daughter falling over and banging her mouth and losing her tooth. The receptionist immediately reassured me and asked me lots of necessary questions to establish what needed to happen. She told us to come right away. We were greeted warmly and again reassured. Within a few minutes we were called through by a male dental assistant who was very friendly, smiled and made us feel at ease. The dentist saw us and due to his usual calm, softly spoken approach he was able to examine my daughter and decide what action to take. He was sympathetic and understanding and managed to fit us in a week later to check how she is doing. Highly recommended.
