"I am the very best dentists nightmare? I am nervous, vocal, (try to use humour to excuse my nerves?) and probably drive the staff mad? But after 18 years of dental neglect..... have found the most fabulous practice!! they are so kind, gentle and excuse my twitches and requests for a break ( Not needed but I am hyper nervous!!) I never thought I would return to dental care and treatment? But.... after an initial check up with Tasha, following the loss of a front bridge, fitted 20 years ago!! ...I felt safe and encouraged, to commit to a long and overdue plan of treatment!!! I have been twice now? First time, long and thorough deep clean, it was ok?? but so pleased with the results.... second time, for root canal treatment, brilliant! and honestly, painless!!?? I am genuinely looking forward to my next visit! I cannot recommend the staff more highly or sufficiently, they are ALL just so very lovely... and the "dreaded dentist", Tasha, is the most gorgeous and gentle person I have ever met. Don't hesitate to get your smile back!! I have....and worth every penny!... happy to answer questions from any other reluctant patients! xx"

"Furqan (the primary Dentist here) specifically goes out of his way to cater for super anxious clients. The website and material in the practice talks about this. Furqan and all the staff there are incredibly friendly, patient yet highly professional and courteous. I went in as I had needed 2 molars seen to after 20yr old fillings had started to crumble before lockdowns started and no-one could see dentists. I'm the type of patient who hasn't been to a dentist in that long due to having a low pain threshold and high anxiety. To be clear, they're not the cheapest, but after having 2 root canals (with sedation), 2 crowns fitted and some other fillings I can categorically say it's absolutely worth going to see the team here. I will probably be back and I'm trying to move to Ireland :D"

"I had joined this practice after moving into the area and was delighted to have such a service so close. First impressions were that Bottesford Dental is a very well-run organisation. I was greeted by the receptionist who made me feel immediately like I had made a great decision in joining this dentist. I was given a welcome pack and talked through how the facility operates and how and when planned payments would work. I am currently paying the standard payment plan fee, around £15 a month and that includes 2 yearly check-ups and complimentary scale/polish. It also included an initial examination and x-ray of my teeth in which I was shown issues not made known to me before. My previous dentist never picked up on these and I was grateful for Bottesford Dental for kindly talking me through available treatment options. A very nice touch is that regular photographs are taken, discretely, so I can also see what is being described. Other dentists I have been to have tended to describe problems in quite a dental language (without visuals) which can be hard to understand and follow the treatment you need. After one visit to Bottesford Dental, I experienced a minor issue with a filling which was rectified within one week and without any fuss or hesitation. The team's very professional approach is something that I have huge admiration for and they really do seem to have a great work ethic and work fluidly as a team. I also appreciate that, in my experience, they seem to care for the customer; doing their best to address and concerns or questions which helps put you to ease before any treatment. Without exaggeration, this is the best dentist practice I have been to and my teeth are now in the best condition in a long time. I highly recommend Bottesford Dental and actually look forward to discussing future plans to straighten/whiten my teeth as I am hugely confident the results would be excellent based on my experience of their other treatments."

"Recommending Bottesford Dental Practice, if you're considering private dental care. Patient, caring, meticulous, Furqan has transformed my mouth and my fears. I have had extensive treatment. A good bit of it required due to NHS mess ups. I have had gum treatment, 3 large bridges, crowns, composite veneer, 3 root canals and a night guard made to help my Bruxism (teeth grinding and clenching). This clenching has actually put cracks in some of my teeth and no NHS dentist ever advised me on it. I started treatment at Bottesford in early 2017 and I was an absolute nervous wreck. Spending days before an appointment in a state of panic and actually feeling quite sick and shaky on appointment day. Slowly, Furqan has gained my trust by his patience, relaxed manner and NEVER making me feel like a complete wuss. He took the trouble to find out what I was scared off, which was pretty much the whole process, except injections - strangely enough they have never bothered me. The dental nurses are all lovely and are also very kind and make sure that I am ok. I am no longer terrified of going to the dentist and I never thought I would ever say that. I used to grip the chair arms so hard, it was a white knuckle ride, but am now fairly relaxed. I have one more appointment to go for another crown and then this round of treatment is finished after loads of appointments but it's comforting to know that when I need further treatment, I won't be panicking. Oh, and I mustn't forget that my new smile has given me much more confidence. After botched up NHS treatment my gum line was a mess, but is now tidy and my teeth look amazing compared to how they were. Can't recommend highly enough."
