"Sad to say the service here has plummeted since many long term BT mechanics left. Went in for a service and clutch repair. It is now clear the clutch was never repaired despite them taking all day and fobbing me off all day. Having now taken the car to a main dealer the part in question has never been touched!. Shame on you. Would recommend to nobody, avoid like the plague."
"Always a shockingly bad service here. Never complete work on time (a oil change always takes 2 days). When your trying to run a business with the vehicle in question this is not acceptable. Staff are abrupt and rude and un helpful, if your not part of the BT brand then no one wants to know or help. I now get a mobile technician from Birmingham Fleet to come to my home and do all the work needed in no time (service in 45 minutes), and the work is done in front of you with care and attention to detail. Avoid at all cost"
