"They used to be really good, however, been trying to get a checkup for 2 years. They keep cancelling last minutes and offer to rearrange months away. It's just not on. I would no longer recommend."
"The star rating that I give above is for the thoroughness of my consultation and clarity with which the options open to me were explained. Otherwise though I do think that it would be helpful if on the white boarding covering of the work currently being done to the front of the dental surgery there were some bold wording telling of the temporary change of entrance rather than the A4 sheet pinned at the side of the boarding. It would also help if there were some indication that the bell at the temporary entrance has been heard/ is being attended to if you have to wait there. And, of course, that the telephone reminder of your appointment does not include information about the changed entrance is a missed opportunity."
"Second appointment cancelled for my children with four weeks wait until next appointment. An orthodontist referral rejected 4 months ago and no body bothered to speak to us about it. I have been with this dentist for years but sad to say it has massively gone down hill!"
"Cancelling appointments at the last minute (90 minutes before I am due to be seen) and offering rearranged date of six weeks away isn't good enough. This isn't the first time this has happened. Really poor service, not appreciative if your needs and your time. Having had to book time off work to attend these appointments, it is particularly annoying and a financial strain. Does the practice care? I strongly doubt it when I am halfway through my treatment and have already paid. If my treatment is finally completed (its been going on for over four months,) I will be finding another dentist."
