Contrary to his comments neither Scott or ourselves were made aware of any problems or given an opportunity to clear up the so called mess. Ironic really considering the damage caused to my front windows and garden by pointing work done at mr Taylor’s that Scott then cleaned up for us !!"

"Disappointing window cleaning service. Was over an hour late, without letting me know he was delayed (I had to call him) and when he arrived he said he couldn't find anywhere to park, so couldn't do the job and that he'd already lost money trying to find my address. As he's a local window cleaner advertising having cleaned a couple of the shops literally around the corner from me and me being on the main road that's not really an excuse at all. I eventually convinced him by agreeing to pay £40 and he managed to find a spot to park within 2mins. He was in and out of my flat cleaning both inside and outside in half an hour, making this the most expensive window cleaning job I've ever had (he advertises his hourly rate starting from £8/h). On top of that the windows most difficult to reach without a ladder still had dirty spots on it after and he didn't care to remove all of the water from the windows when he was finished. He was in a terrible mood throughout, so at that point I didn't even bother pointing that out to him. Suffice to say I won't use him again."
