"Overall very good cleaning service, I mean the result itself after cleaning the oven. The only thing that disappointed me was the communication between the client and the administrator. He didn't call me to let me know that the guy who meant to come for cleaning wasn't coming on that day.. I was waiting for 15 minutes and then decided to call and to find out that the guy was late with cleaning in another house and therefore he doesn’t have time to see me today. We have arranged another appointment and I was late back home with only 5 minutes, but the guy didn't wait for me, he drove away.. Finally, on the third attempt my oven was cleaned! But the communication between the client and the administration leaves much to be desired."
