"Just a bunch of cowboy's,who rarely do any cleaning in our block of flats whatsoever. Too say they are useless would be an understatement, and Woking council do nothing about it, and we pay £3.00 a week for this rubbish service."
"Poor standard of interior cleaning. Spend about 15 mins in our 4 floor building and looks like they’ve not been in and done anything. Also, cause interior damage to plug sockets (carelessly pull equipment out the plugs and break them) and walls (by bashing them when cleaning), and don’t report it to our housing association so the costs have to come out of the resident’s pockets. Grounds maintenance contractors also don’t do what they are supposed to as often as they are supposed to and have no care for the exterior of the building, using the wrong tools and focusing on the wrong tasks at the wrong time of year. I wish we could get our previous cleaning and maintenance contractor back. They did a proper job and were also friendly. Just Ask staff are rude and don’t care for our properties nor about causing damage and noise disturbances early in the mornings or whilst people are working."
"Laughable excuses, lazy and incompetent, poor work ethic. Complaints made to the landlord. This company should lose their contract. There are so many things this company is not doing to maintain our block. The most recent: Reported graffiti ages ago (which I should not have to, it's a requirement to check and remove this every week). And they gave a load of excuses to the landlord. Here's a list: 1 - We have attended. (proven otherwise, graffiti wouldn't be there still if you attended). 2 - It wouldn't come off. (proven otherwise with a video of a wet brush easily removing it) 3 - Needs a chemical. (proven otherwise, not needed) 4 - We removed it but it came back as it's some special chalk. I don't know if this cleaner watched too much harry potter but this is not magic chalk, it came off with a wet brush). 4 - it's untreated brick and need to find the person doing the graffiti. (what relevance is this?) I've sent a video of the graffiti coming off with water. Is it the cleaner's responsibility to find the person responsible for the graffiti? No. The cleaner's job is to clean, nothing else. (proven otherwise that this brick has no effect on the graffiti staying on, we removed it with a brush in 10 seconds). 5 - it takes extra time. (So? We pay for it to be done so do it). 6 - it needs a pressure washer and we are going to charge for it. (if you think you are going to get away with charging for something that we already pay for under the contract, I will take the landlord and the cleaners to the Ombudsman to investigate). Absolutely useless and caught out lying."
"Honestly, I have no idea how they are hanging on to their cleaning contract with our local council. Absolutely appalling 'service'. Sloppy and slovenly. Absolutely no attention to detail, and no enthusiasm in their task. They turned up today, didn't sweep or dust, yet signed their tick sheet to say that they have. Maybe the company should think about hiring professional cleaners, or at least people who take pride in their work! I've added a photo of the windows they 'cleaned' with a dirty cloth. The supervisor tried to convince me that it was outside that was dirty - I ended up having to clean up their mess after they left!"
"Poor level of service and gardeners on our estate do very little and stage photos of work completed. Complaint has gone to Stonewater on behalf of our residents. 15 minutes on site and leaf blowing nothing!"
