"My experience here was disgraceful. I took my car in for an MOT & an oil change. I didn't hear from the garage all day until late afternoon when they said "its ready" I didn't even know if it had passed the MOT. They then chose to tell me they had done a major service with all the extras without even informing me/asking for my consent. Poor communication & carried works out without my consent. I have never had such a bad experience at a garage. They had put my service book back into my glove box and damaged personal belongings. No respect what so ever."
