"I left the car with the branch at 8.45 in the morning and despite calling numerous times between 4pm and 5pm I did not receive an update on progress until 5pm, then having to pick it up by 6pm when they closed. So frustrating in being unable to speak to someone before this time and then have so little time to get into the City to collect the vehicle."
"Always tell you that you need other work doing and very expensive. Only go there for motability. Went for a puncture ended up with 3 new tyres. Good job I wasn't paying. Know for a fact the puncture could of been repaired and the other tyres were good."
