"I’ve been looking for an Auto Electrian for over a year, I’ve had 3 people look at it and they couldn’t resolve the job. My car was in an accident, some people didn’t want to attempt to disrupt the body work to get to the damaged wires. But ARRILLIUS looked at it and resolved the problem within a couple of hours. I have had sleepless nights over this, I was let down by Auto Electrian after Auto Electrian. His customer service was brilliant, he was polite, reassuring and patient. I would say he went the extra mile to help me. His prices are fair, I never felt conned or overpriced. Ladies look no further come to this garage!"
"Absolute terrible service. Gave them my vehicle. They were more than accommodating to take the vehicle initially. They kept it for 3 weeks and were unable to sort the issue out themselves. The vehicle was outsourced by them to another garage whom sorted out the issue. After phoning the garage to check up on the car the gentleman on the phone used rather abusive language and in person acted in an aggresive manner. This was all because I asked him about whether any guarantee came with the work after spending £500. I was not looking for a lifetimes guarantee as it it is just a back street garage, simply a month. Writing google reviews really is not my style. But this outfit really is a shambles. Beware and do not use."
