"Turned up for tyre replacement appointment to be told there was not one, then eventually found it on the system to then be told the booking was for one tyre when it was actually for two. Once they confirmed it was for two, as two had been delivered. Then be told they could not honour the time confirmed and that they was unable to do the work and would need rebooking at a later date and left with them. Total shambles also very unfriendly and unapproachable. This is not good customer service at all stay well clear."
