"Took a while to get my van booked in but the service and quality of the repairs was fantastic."
"Brilliant job done on my car, only thing I can fault is the courtesy car of choice is a Dacia sandero"

"[Edited - see end] Had a fantastic experience with Impact from start to finish. Found them by chance by driving past. Didn't know what to expect but I had a very reasonable quote for some body repair and a recommendation for how I could source a spare part on eBay to reduce costs. This tip alone meant I probably saved £800-1000 from part costs and fitting costs. (I did get lucky, though, and find the exact part I needed on eBay with all pieces and in the same paint colour as my car! I also had to go and collect it, but all went well there.) Impact's quote for labour matched someone else's but I went with them because of the professionalism and service. They dropped me back home after I dropped my car off, and when I came back to collect it my car was immaculate. This is a very busy business, but I didn't feel like I was just a number. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Very glad I stumbled across them! [Edited to add:] I thought a spare part had been left on the passenger seat but it was a panel that was left off the inside of the car. There is also something rattling inside the tailgate like a small item is stuck inside. So there were a few details that would have been nice to have been sorted. But not major things. After figuring out where the panel was from (footwell of drivers' seat) it was easy to re-affix it myself. Can't do anything about the rattle. Not changing the 5-star rating as they still did a great job and saved us lots of money! I will just be sure to check more thoroughly next time before collecting the car - something I should be doing with any business.[/Edit]"
"Just over two weeks ago I was rear-ended by some clown when I stopped at a Zebra crossing for a pedestrian. She was driving an ageing Chelsea Tractor, ploughed into me with some force, and smashed the rear bumper and badly damaged the rear door/boot of my Ford Puma. My car is a lease car, so the courtesy replacement vehicle was supplied by the lease company and not Impact. Impact were extremely helpful and moved quickly. They were honest and told me they couldn't give a timescale because getting hold of parts was a problem right now, though Ford were not as bad as some others. I was expecting up to three months based on what they'd told me about other cars which they were currently processing, but hoped it would be quicker! The incident occurred on a weekend. After reporting it Monday (13 June), I took the car to be assessed and for them to order parts. I arranged to take it in Wednesday (15 June) after the replacement vehicle arrived, but they came and collected it. It was going to need a new rear bumper and whole new rear door. It took a week for my lease company to approve the work (24 June), and literally six days later (30 June) Impact contacted me and told me my car was ready. They delivered it to my home address that/this afternoon. You cannot tell it has been repaired. Top-class workmanship, and polite and helpful staff throughout. Footnote: The only fly in the ointment is of my own doing - I filled up the courtesy car (which isn't a Puma) last night with nearly £80 of petrol, and I'm not sending it back until I've run it down a little!"
