"Overall not particularly happy with the service that was provided. Our van was with Lindleys for over a week after going in one problem and ending up with another one due to the works that was carried out. I've gave 3 stars because Ross did try his best and allowed some in the costings for the mistake. Unfortunately, we've just had to pay for the coolant water pump to be replaced by another firm (didn't feel confident enough to send it back). Overall a little disappointed and I think Lindleys would agree they could do better in the future."

"Judging a business when things go great is easy, but when things go wrong, which they do for every business, it's all about how they conduct themselves to put things right. Ed and his team did an outstanding job when sadly a repair on my sisters Audi TT went wrong. I'm sure most can relate, when a business tries to get out of from owning thier problem, creating a storm of headache and challenges. This was certainly not the case for Lyndleys. Ed saw this issue through to the end, ensuring i was updated periodically until the issue was resolved. I am extremely glad I recommended Lyndleys to my family, and have no doubt, that should i have selected another garage, or perhaps even some main dealerships, they would have made my life a misery. "Very happy with my experience, had a last minute MOT with them and there were some advisories but as most people would try and push the work on you Lindleys did not. Emma took the time to explain the advisories so that I could make an informed decision. And the office staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Will definitely be using them for all my vehicle needs in the future."

"Although I wrote a comments before the service appointment that the car doesn’t started correctly in the last week, no useful info or testing happened to sort out the issue, It was an urgent issue to avoid the car breakdown while with my family outside. I asked if the battery was tested he said yes but will double check again next time when I will go to check the car again so I get suspicious if it is tested correctly or not. He wrote in the report he can’t find the lock wheel although I know th place of it from you last year and it’s located in the same place. All he is done the easy work is normal service only. Poor caring of the customers"

"Not quite sure how but I'd never heard of the firm before but having tried another well known smallish garage chain, I had been distinctly underwhelmed with their service and thought I'd give these guys a chance. I think I've become a little overly cautious with garages and was mainly expecting the standard sharp intake of breath as they prepare to real off a catalogue of parts that have become worn out. Couldn't have been any further from the truth in this instance. You could see that the garage was well organised, the reception guy was friendly, offering coffee, the waiting room was clean and comfy and they even managed to start work a bit earlier than I'd booked in for. My prehistoric Toyota came back from its MOT with a clean bill of health, no attempt to sell me any unnecessary additives etc. Really pleased with Lindleys (I went to the Nottingham central branch) and I'm confident that they're a genuine and professional business that I'd trust and will be using again."
