"What an absolute joke . 6 journey's to buy a replacement wheel for a bike. The first time we actually took the wheel with us that we wanted got home & it's the wrong wheel. Returned the next day & ordered the replacment, picked it up & suprise still the wrong wheel i retured it with a photo of the bike & photo of the size ect of the wheel we needed to be told that was the correct one . Had to return again with my husband to be told it is the wrong wheel & they ordered the third one . Got it home today & they have given us the wrong one AGAiN !!!!"
