"First time ordering papa johns, Paid delivery £4 Call from the driver an hour later asking me to walk half a mile up the road as he missed a turn and had to drive all the way round, politely reminded him I was not willing to get fully dressed and walk to collect a pizza with I paid to be delivered to my door, I was hung over and ordered comfort food. driver gets angry says he is taking the delivery back to the store, I’m fine with this - ring the store to get a refund, Manager answers puts me on hold for 10 minutes then she also asks me to walk half a mile to collect my order, ask her for the refund, again on hold for 10 mins then tells me the driver will be there in 15 mins, I explain that I do not want the cold pizza anymore I would like a refund she tells me this is impossible as he is now coming to my door. I get charged for an order I never received and just cannot believe the customer service received. Takes me 2 week to get the refund through the head office."
