"We are so glad we chose to dine here tonight! The pizza (we had the salmon pizza and the spinach pizza) was absolutely fantastic- even better than our experience in Italy! The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous to say the least. We also had the calzone special dessert which was to die for! But what topped everything off was the service we received- the staff are super friendly and polite. While we were there we overheard conversation with other customers regarding dietary requirements and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The service was also very quick- pizza was on our table less then ten minutes from ordering. We definitely will be coming here again and look forward to trying the pasta next time!"

"A cozy place close to the city center serving a nice selection of pizzas and pastas. It has small seating areas and accepts reservations. A friendly and responsive staff and they serve tasty dishes with reasonable portions. A good place for a quiet chat with friends or colleagues. Prices are acceptable, but I would suggest reconsidering asking the customer to pay (and tip) immediately after taking the order and before serving any thing. For the tip, I would guess the best case scenario would be paying the minimum normal tip or probably not paying anything at all."

"There weren’t any tables available when we dropped in, but they managed to seat us if we leave before a certain time. No problem for us. It took a while before we were able to place our order, but it was busy and the woman who seated us (who we believe is the owner) was going around table to table sorting everything. We placed our order and the food came quickly. The food is absolutely delicious here. Even our 6 year old daughter, who usually says “good” when we ask, said “the food is so good”. I would highly recommend. I would also recommend patience as the food is worth it."

"Was absolutely amazing! Staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful when I asked for recommendations about what type of pasta to have (as it was my first visit). I had the king prawn pasta with tagliatelle, and the cheese and garlic foccachia - the pasta was one of the best dishes I've had in months! I will definitely be going back soon, to try out their other dishes"

"Solo Grano, the best Italian restaurant in Nottingham. I’ve been to it countless times, and the Napolitana pizza has never failed me. It was always exactly right, and as good as the last time. The coffee there is awesome and always spot-on. The place itself is cozy and the staff are all amazing, welcoming and very nice to be around. Definitely my go-to in Nottingham."
