"i was recommended these guys by various people on a local facebook group and they initially said they could attend in 3 days time which was great, but they didn’t call me back at to confirm and messed me around for a week, despite promising to call every time i followed up. it’s much easier when people just tell you they don’t want the job or are unavailable so you can immediately go back to looking for an alternative plumber. instead sadly they wasted a lot of my time, and extended the time the plumbing problem was not dealt with. eventually they just stopped replying to my texts which doesn’t seem particularly professional. unfortunately not recommended if you want someone who communicates straightforwardly and has respect for your time."

"I have used 24/7 Plumbing Services twice in the past week and have received excellent service both times. I called Gary and he was onto it straight away. He sent Jack and Wayne who both helped repair our toilet. And sent Tony and Wayne again today to unblock our drain. It was a very difficult block which I thought would take a couple of days, however they both got along with the job with ease and were in and out within a few hours. 100% recommend to anyone else!"
"Outstanding!! I contacted Gary @ 24/7 plumbing for a quote for a new boiler as mine had died and was told that it could not be repaired and a new boiler was needed. Not only did Gary manage to get to me within an hour of me contacting him but he managed to diagnose and fix a fault in the boiler that nobody else could find saving me a great deal of money in the process. I really couldn’t be more grateful of Gary’s honesty, and the time and effort he put into fixing my boiler in the middle of a pandemic Gary you are an absolute star and I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend, I promise you won’t be disappointed."
