"Had my car MoT'ed with them; they have plenty of parking and the woman in reception seemed nice and friendly. Cost also wasn't too bad, about middle of what I'd expect. The mechanic / NT who did my car seemed a little grumpy but gave it a pass with only an advisory on one of the repeater / satellite indicators, who's bulb coating had started to deteriorate (a fairly common issue on this model). I would have given them 5 stars except some months later my aunt visited from Wales and noticed liquid pooling under her car. A quick check and it was discovered that the radiator had developed a pinhole leak. Although I could do the job I'd rather not do it outside on a wet, rainy & very blowy late autumn day unless I really had to, so she called and asked if they could do it. The answer was 'no' because the car (04 Honda Jazz) was 'too old' and they couldn't get the part. The thing is, the radiator is also used on the subsequent model and can be sourced from motor factors, so I don't understand. Presumably they just don't want the work if it's likely to be a bit of trouble due to it's age? On the plus side they didn't try to rip her off but it was nonetheless a bit concerning."
