"Took my Audi here for a service a few months ago, after being charged over £1000+, a week later the brand new brake pads started making a really, really loud screeching sound, rang the guy for 2 weeks and just got a foreign ring tone, no call back so took it to another place to fix the noise and was told that the pads that were fitted in my £1000+ service were the cheapest of the cheap and made out of sub standard material. Would never use again, was told that the service should be no more than half of what i was charged, was totally ripped off."
"Unprofessional, insisted they carried out work when changing my clutch, to a high standard but later confessed to passing work onto unknown persons that have caused issues with my car, by completing low standard quality work with a poor repair leading to further damage. Would not recommend."
