"I booked an MOT today and travelled all the way from Bexleyheath. On arrival I was met by the owner Adam who was very rude and aggressive. He advised me that the booking hadn't been written down in a book which wasn't a good start and they don't use a computer booking system. He was very evasice and dismissive and denied that a booking had been made even though all my details were provided. I will never go back there again. A complete joker"
