"Never will go there again! They gave me an appointment for tracking my car, only to wait a further 20 mins as they were doing another car. Time ran over, so I went into their office to then being told it will be another 20 mins wait - the cheek to tell me whilst they are all eating in the office altogether looking at me & no one was willing to help knowing I have waited for over 20 mins. Unprofessional and incompetent."
