"Review from 2021. I am reviewing now due to a reminder from the company. Part of the dash was broken due to a break in and I had new tyres put on. The car was under warranty still with Mercedes after having a recent full service only a month before. The dash replaced without issue. The issue arose that the tyres had not been changed as requested, no cleaning service undertaken as advertised at the time and my rims were scratched and covered in sealant when he did come and pick the car up. Also they then claimed the battery needed changing for £300+. This never was mentioned to me. My wife started asking questions and then it all became vague and disgruntled. The atmosphere changed. The manager was brought out (elderly Asian man). She felt very intimidated. They did not know how recent the car had been serviced. It was then explained all the electronics would stop working if we would not have the battery changed. We declined any further work to the car. Whilst waiting she had taken photos of all of the paper work, which they would not fully provide a photo copy of when she requested it. Of course on leaving she drove the car back to Mercedes, who checked out the car. There was no problem or fault with the main or the secondary battery. This was checked in front of her. Either of them have not been changed and it has been 12 months. After seeing the other reviews I felt compelled to share the tactics they are using on their customers."

"This is the worse garage I have ever seen in my life. I took my car to this workshop to fix my coolant. I had coolant sign on dashboard and they kept it for 7 weeks. The car was not fixed and i was charged £600. Please Dont be next victim, I will not recommend them."
