"Had full service and MOT done. Once it was finished I went to get the car and the service light was still coming up. Took it back then they found an issue with the thermometer, was quoted £97 to get that done and was told it would be done and to come back the next day. Waited all day only to find out it was closed. Finally heard on the Monday that it was done and was told I had to pay £230. Also brakes made a noise, particularly when reversing which they are still doing. Not impressed at all."
"I have used these guys for a few years now with no problem up until a few weeks back. I broke down and had the AA pick me up, they suspected it was the alternator, I took it to Motech and they said the alternator was fine and that it was the battery, paid £225 for a new battery, couple of weeks later I got the same alert come up so took it back to the garage. Was told i needed an auto electrician to do diagnostics, did that and was told it was the alternator after all and he told me I wouldn't have needed a new battery as the car was starting with no problem. I phoned to try and get my money back but was told that i still needed a new battery. I asked for a copy of the test they had done but was told they wouldn't have a copy of it now... so, £225 for a battery I probably didnt need, moral of the story, get a printout of any works you get done there"
