Being without heating in winter isn’t fun and when you come across a company willing to go the extra mile for a part, trying all sorts of options to make it work. It’s really the sort of company you need. We now have a warm home and if it wasn’t for this company we would still be freezing cold. I am very grateful to him especially as the boiler company was completely happy with us being without heating for an additional 3 days with a young child at home - DPD delayed the parcel and the boiler company resent it for delivery after the weekend.
