"Quick, same day service. However I felt uncomfortable being told that the tyres I had seen on the Tyre Pros website were 'not stocked' by the manager and so this lead to me being sold much more expensive tyres than I had originally gone in for which felt disingenuous. I had come to Tyre Pros on a friend's recommendation but was left disappointed with their attitude towards my purchase and called 'darlin' by the mechanics, which I found disrespectful and condescending. Which is a shame, because as I say they provided a quick and it seemed knowledgeable service but how genuine it was re. the product availability and pricing I am uncertain."
