Every time they have worked efficiently, effectively and done their best to keep the cost reasonable where possible. I trust them totally to give me an honest diagnosis and treatment plan for any car problems and this has kept all of my cars including my current car a Nissan Note in good working order for the past 16 years. "Had full MOT and service, completed work on my car without my knowledge, and hit me with an extra £180 on top of my bill. No explanation why just, said it was somebody else’s decision and that he would “tell them off”! Not acceptable if you don’t have an extra £180 to spend when the work was optional! I won’t be going back and I will ensure my neighbours know not to use them!"
